What is BioThane®?

BioThane® is the brand name of coated webbing made by BioThane® Webbing Corp and is pretty much a polyester webbing coated with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it durable, easy to clean, waterproof and long lasting.

The advantages of BioThane® over leather are the fact that it doesn't change its appearance, doesn't wear out, will not absorb water or dirt, won't get heavy, won't change colour, won't dye your dogs fur, it is resistant to bacteria and mildew, is flexible and is stink proof.

Unfortunately, BioThane® is not chew proof, a determined dog can easily chew through a lead or long line, I know, my puppy has done just that!

BioThane® is incredibly strong, the 20mm width has a break strength of 750 lbs. This is more than strong enough to hold the strongest dog.

All my leads and collars are held together using only brass rivets which are machine riveted and are of the highest quality and are designed to last for years.

What is your return policy?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations, if you have ordered an item and it doesn't fit, I will be more than happy to replace it. Custom items can't be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, item will then be returned at my postage cost. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
